Food Truck Request Form
  • Food Truck Request Form

  • The College’s food vendor is the preferred partner for providing cafeteria and catering services at Palm Beach State College. Palm Beach State College departments/organizations may request permission to use another licensed caterer/food truck for special events.
Please review the Food Truck Procedure found on www.pbsc.edu/auxiliary-services/food-trucks.php for information on required insurance documents and permits.

Per Florida Fire Prevention Code, mobile or temporary cooking operations require a permit from the PBSC campus facilities department in order to operate at Palm Beach State College. To obtain the permit (valid for one year), the following steps are required:

    • Complete a food truck permit application (available at www.pbsc.edu/auxiliary-services/food-trucks.php)
    • If approved, schedule a life safety inspection. The inspection requires a 48-hour notice and must be scheduled for Tuesday or Thursday, at least one week before the event.

Food Truck Requests should be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to the event. Requests will not be considered until all documents have been submitted. Questions can be referred to Jessica Bender - benderj@pbsc.edu.

When you submit this form, it will not automatically collect your details like name and email address unless you provide it yourself.
