      • Student Analyst (Automated) - Limited access to all student profiles. Some functionalities (availability setup, summary reports, and issue alerts).

      • General Staff (Automated) - No access to student data or analytics

      • Instructor (Automated) - Ability to view full student profiles on their rosters only. Core case management functionalities: issuing alerts for students, availability setup, and initiating Ad-hoc progress reports.

      • Navigate Full Staff Access (Automated) - Ability to access all data on the student profile. Ability to issue alerts.

      • Advisor (Automated) - Ability to access all student profiles. Core advising functionalities (appointment scheduling, campaigns, note-taking). Core case management functionalities: issuing alerts for students, and managing cases
