Please fill in the required information and attach the necessary documents. Once you submit the form, the Associate Dean will review and assess the application and forward it to the Registrar's Office for processing

Please upload a copy of the following documents.

1. Provide a copy of the high school transcript indicating that the CTE courses werecompleted with a grade of B or higher.
2. Copies of any required industry certification documentation (if applicable)
3. For non-exempt students (private and homeschooling) in Palm Beach County, out of State, and any graduate of public schools before 2009) (if applicable)
         a. Completion of college prep testing
         b. Proof of completion of PBSC placement testing

Students requesting Prior Learning credit for course work earned prior to or outside of enrollment at Palm Beach State College must pay a $50 processing fee. Please pay using our EMarket website. Please select item "Prior Learning Assessment Fee.” Upload the receipt below.
